The Pheasant Inn is situated just off the A66 roundabout at Crosthwaite on the north western edge of Keswick.
You can walk across Fitz Park into the centre of the town in ten minutes or down Crosthwaite road. If you have walked on the Skiddaw range of hills our pub is ideally situated for a post walk r and r drink and meal.
Often busy on weekend lunchtimes and evenings it may be best if you phone us and book a table first if you require a meal, especially if you are part of a bigger group. You’ll be rewarded by cosy yet modern interior and entertained by other walkers and our locals. You may even come across the members of the now legendary Ladyside Pike Alpine Club who have been holding their regular ‘committee’ meetings in our pub for over 25 years.

During our weeks stay in Keswick we dined on two evenings. We don't often go to a venue twice, but the food was so good on the first visit we decided to pay another visit at the end of our holiday.
